My family seem to have a huge liking for homesoy and when they wanted to stock up on it, I had an idea of trying to make Soya myself..I still don't believe that those packed drinks have any benefits..:P Step by step just for ya! <3 class="separator" data-blogger-escaped-div="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
First, soak the soy beans overnight
It'll look like this..
Drain the water and blend the beans with some filtered water
If you can get the cloth,which they usually use, its good, but if you cant, just use a strainer like this, used for coffee or tea...
This is what you'll get, foamy pot of raw soy milk~
Just drop in one or two pieces of tied Pandan Leaves and boil till the raw taste is gone :P
You can either add in the sugar straight into the pot or boil some sugar water in a different pot, I usually hit a ginger with the back of a heavy knife and drop it into the sugar water..
Serve hot or with ice! :)
